Return and Exchange Policy:
At Artwhizz, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to help with our hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Returns:
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer service email/phone number with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the issue, and we will assist you with arranging the exchange.
We will cover the shipping costs for exchanging defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For exchanges due to other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item promptly.
